Agreements and Acknowledgements

Please read the agreements and acknowledgements below carefully.
By ticking the box, you confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions set by Dynamic Mas for Notting Hill Carnival 2025.
Please note: Dynamic Mas will not be held liable for any disputes arising after this agreement is accepted

I promise I’ve filled out this form as best as I can.
I understand that each form can only be used for one purchase. Separate purchases require separate forms.
I understand that once I buy a T-shirt or costume package from Dynamic Mas, I can’t get a refund, return it, or swap it. All sales are final.
I understand that all deposits are non-refundable and I can't return it or swap it.
All payments are due by Thursday 31st July. A payment link will be sent to you beforehand. It is your responsibility to ensure this is paid on time. Failure to do so will result in losing your package and no refund of your deposit.
I know that Dynamic Mas is not a Dutty Mas band. That means no paint, powder, cannons, or similar stuff on Carnival Sunday or Monday. If I break this rule, I might be removed from the band.
To pick up my package, I need to bring my email confirmation and a valid ID (Passport or Driver’s License). If I don’t have them, I might face delays or not get my package.
If someone else is collecting my package for me, I’ll contact Dynamic Mas beforehand (by email, Instagram, or the website contact form) with their full name. They must bring a photo of my ID and the email confirmation when picking it up. No heads-up = no package!
I agree to behave respectfully and responsibly while with Dynamic Mas. No bad behaviour will be tolerated, including but not limited to violence, harassment, disrespect towards others, or breaking band rules. Any such behaviour may lead to immediate removal from the band without refund.
