Please read the agreements and acknoledgements below carefully. By ticking below, you agree to the terms with Dynamic Mas at Notting Hill Carnival 2024. We will not be liable for any disagreements afterward.
- I confirm that I have filled out the form to the best of my ability. I understand that a deposit of £50 is non-refundable and any late payments may result in loss of my package without a refund of my deposit.
- I acknowledge and fully understand that t-shirt and costume packages provided by Dynamic Mas are strictly non-refundable. I agree that once I have purchased these packages, I am committed to the purchase and accept that there will be no refunds or exchanges.
- I acknowledge that Dynamic Mas is not an official 'Dutty mas band' and agree to adhere to the regulations prohibiting the use of paints, powder, cannons or any other similar products on Carnival Sunday and Monday. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the mas band.
- To obtain my package on collection date, I must have my email confirmation. Failure to present it may lead to delays or potentially not receiving my package. If I have not received an email confirmation after purchase, I will contact dynamicsounds63@gmail.com
